Reiki

Reiki is an alternative therapy developed in 1922 by the Japanese Mikao Usui which balances the 7 main chakras that helps to reduce stress, anxiety and pain.

Treatments last 60 minutes and the patients remain fully clothed and can either sit on a chair or lie down. The Reiki practitioner will move their hands on or just above the patient’s body in a sequence of positions, which are held for 2-5 minutes, until the practitioner feels change in the flow of energy.

Recommended for all ages. Benefits such as loosening muscle tension, stimulating circulation, soothing the nervous system, increasing the range of motion in arthritic or stiff joints and even improves coordination. Reiki can also speed healing from injuries and surgery, ease breathing, boost vitality, rejuvenate energy and mental alertness.
