Remedial Massage
This is the massage to choose if you have a specific problem that you want help with. Remedial just means ‘giving or intended as a remedy or cure’. It’s not about any particular method or massage style. It’s about the desired outcome. Within a remedial massage the therapist may incorporate a number of different modalities such as: deep tissue, trigger point, cupping, stretching or myofascial release.
Pregnancy Massage
Massage during pregnancy is safe during all trimesters. As long as the pregnancy is progressing well and mum and bub are healthy there’s no reason why you can’t enjoy a massage. Treatments can be done either side-lying or face down using one of our special ‘tummy pillows’.
Relaxation Massage
Usually done with gentler massage strokes, this is what is referred to as Swedish massage. It’s what you would choose if you want a massage that feels nice and isn’t intended to treat a muscular problem. It’s often the massage of choice for people who are stressed.
One-off massage
A one-off massage now and again feels great and there’s definitely nothing wrong with choosing to do that, but if you have massages as a treatment for a problem then you are going to need more than one or two. To encourage you to keep to a regular schedule of massage so that you get a better outcome we have massage packs and massage membership.

Buy a pack of 5 massages for 5% discount.
Buy a pack of 10 massages for 10% discount.
Can be for 30, 60 or 90 minute massages.

Cancellation Policy
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full massage session. Massages cannot run over time, as it will affect the start time of the next massage.
- You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment.
- Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. This will be deducted from your massage account balance.
- If you do not call to cancel your appointment and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service. This will be deducted from your massage account balance.
